Here is the page for the various projects you have on the go. It would be ideal to just provide a brief paragraph and then a link to the projects main web site. That way you can add to the list without having to create an entire web site for each project you choose to involve yourself with. This page is similar to an appendix, or in web talk a "links" page. Short and simple, yet complete.
